Scope of work
These terms apply to use of this website and inquiries sent to Mile High Repairs & Maintenance Inc. The services, materials, exclusions and schedule for a project must be recorded in the applicable written agreement. Additional or changed work requires agreement before it proceeds. A website inquiry alone does not authorize work.
Estimates
Estimates depend on the information supplied and the conditions at the property. Photos and initial discussions may not reveal concealed conditions. Any changes to the agreed scope or price must be addressed in writing. The project agreement controls the estimate's validity and acceptance terms.
Payment
The written project agreement sets the price, payment schedule and any permitted deposit. No deposit, late fee or other charge is established by this website. Payments and deposits must comply with applicable California law.
Warranty
Any project-specific workmanship warranty must be stated in the written agreement. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to their own terms. This website does not promise a particular warranty period or extend a manufacturer warranty. Nothing here limits rights or remedies required by law.
Liability
The project agreement addresses responsibilities for access, existing conditions and the work being performed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or waives non-waivable consumer rights. Website information is not a substitute for a property-specific assessment.
Cancellation and scheduling
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation conditions or charges must be disclosed in the written project agreement and permitted by law. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain in effect; these website terms do not shorten them.
